Sloatsburg Municipal Pool

To qualify for membership to the Sloatsburg Municipal Pool, you MUST be a resident of the Village of Sloatsburg.

Pool Rules and Regulations

To provide for maximum safety and supervision, the following rules and regulations must be obeyed. Failure to do so will result in temporary or permanent dismissal from the pool.

  • Fees and Registration

    Family Membership ($400) is available to families residing in the Village of Sloatsburg and is for IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY. (Immediate family consists of parents/guardians & their children). No extended family may be added to Family Membership regardless of their household.

    Individual Membership ($175) is available to a single person residing in the Village of Sloatsburg.

    Senior Citizens ($40) is available to individuals 65 years of age or older residing in the Village of Sloatsburg. Date of birth is required.

    Daily Guest Pass ($10.00 per adult 16+ years/ $5.00 per child under 16 years) is available to any individual without a membership that is accompanied by a Sloatsburg Pool Member. Guests may only remain at pool while member who signed them in is present at pool.

    You may register and pay in person at Village Hall or online. Pool passes may be picked up in person at Village Hall during regular business hours or at the entry gate of the pool if paid for online.

    Commencing the First Week of August Pool will close at 7:30pm each night

  • Swim Lessons

    Swim lessons will be offered for Village residents. Please visit the office for a Registration form to submit with payment.

    Classes will be held in July and the beginning of August for registered children. Additional details below:

    • Preschool lessons cost $40 for each child ages 3 - 5. Two sessions are held. Beginners from 10:00AM-10:30AM. For children with little experience in the water and who cannot swim on their own. Advanced Beginners from 10:30AM - 11:00AM. For children who are comfortable in the water, but cannot swim well on their own. They should be willing to put their faces in the water.

    • Elementary lessons cost $45 for each child ages 6 - 12. Two sessions are held. Beginners from 11:00AM - 11:45AM. For children ages 6 and over who have little experience in the water and cannot swim on their own. They should be true beginners in the water. Intermediate lessons from 11:45AM - 12:30PM. For children ages 6 and over who are comfortable in the water and can swim on their own. The class will instruct them on techniques and beginning swim strokes.
