Bears are coming out of hibernation
As the weather continues to get warmer we would like to remind residents that we are not the only ones coming out to enjoy the spring time weather. Bears are coming out of hibernation and actively searching for food after a long winter.
Please remember store your trash bins in a secure location and only place them out on the morning of pickup. If a bear or other wildlife gets into your trash, residents are responsible for cleaning up any debris on their property as well as any impacted neighboring areas.
Thank you for helping keep our community clean and safe.
